What cone crushers do we have in our range?
The SC-Range of cone crushers is evolved from the legacy of the Symons range of crushers; starting from the 3”, 4 ¼, 5 ½ up to the Symons 7” cone crusher originally designed by Svedala and later purchased and owned by Metso.
The range caters for applications with tonnages ranging from 30tph all the way up to 1,000 tph in large mining applications with the SC400 (Symons 7”) cone crusher.
The SC-Range of cone crushers are used in secondary and tertiary crushing positions and have been used extensively in aggregates production. In mining applications, these crushers have been used in various materials ranging from gold to lithium.

COMPLETE PACKAGE
The SC-Range of cone crushers are supplied as a complete package, including a set of liners fitted, lube unit, electrical panel and have the option of being supplied with either a sub-frame or an entire skid structure including a staircase, wrap-around walkways and handrails.
LINERS SIMPLIFIED
The SC110 & SC220 both make use of backing-less liners to limit the time during liner changes. The design of the head also allows for a simple change of liners to change the profile from a standard cavity to a short-head profile for sand making applications.
